Is the PDF merger free?+
Yes. Merge unlimited PDFs without logins, watermarks, or trials.
What file types are supported?+
PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, HEIC, DOCX, PPTX, and XLSX are covered today. More formats ship as new tools launch.
Do I need an account?+
No sign-in is required for free tools. Paid tiers use email to manage limits, support, and billing.
Privacy & security
How we handle files and data.
Are my documents secure?+
Uploads are encrypted in transit and stored in isolated buckets. Cleanup jobs remove temporary files within minutes.
Do you keep copies of my files?+
We keep files only long enough to process and deliver results. Paid plans can request custom retention windows.
Do you use third-party trackers?+
We keep analytics minimal and do not place tracking pixels on processed files. See the privacy policy for details.
Limits & performance

What are the file size limits?+
Free: 25 MB per file. Creator: 250 MB. Studio: 2 GB with resumable uploads. Business: 5 GB and regional storage options.
How many edits can I run?+
Free: 20 edits/day. Creator: 200/day with background queue. Studio and Business: unlimited with batching and automation.
How fast do jobs finish?+
Most tasks complete in seconds. Studio and Business use priority queues and parallel workers for heavy jobs.
Billing & plans
Payments, upgrades, and trials.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Prorating is automatic.
Is there a free trial?+
Creator and Studio include a 7-day trial. Business pilots can be scoped with onboarding support.
Do you offer enterprise options?+
Yes. Business includes SSO, SCIM, audit logs, custom retention, and private endpoints. Contact us to scope requirements.
