Data we process
Files you upload: PDFs, images, and documents used only to deliver the requested output.
Operational metadata: File size, task type, and runtime metrics to keep services stable.
Account and billing data: Email, plan selection, and payment confirmations for paid tiers.
Storage and retention
Temporary files: Stored in isolated buckets and automatically deleted within minutes of processing.
Logs: Error and performance logs are retained briefly to debug reliability issues and do not include file contents.
Paid plans: Studio and Business tiers can request custom retention windows and regional storage.
Security
Encryption in transit for uploads and downloads.
Access controls limit who can operate production systems.
Automated cleanup jobs remove temporary assets after completion.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve performance. No tracking pixels from third parties are placed on processed files. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to core tools.
Third-party services
We rely on cloud infrastructure providers for storage and compute. They act as subprocessors under their security terms. We do not sell or share your files with advertisers.
Your rights
You may request deletion of account data, export of billing records, or confirmation of processing activities. Contact hello@caniedit.in and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
